Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at drunklizard.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Electric Scooters and accessories are shipped from Honolulu, Hawaii.  Items sold on Oahu will be delivered the same day, if order is received by 4 PM, or next day if orders are received after 4 PM.  Items sold to other islands will be shipped via FEDEX 2-day shipping, items ordered on Monday will be delivered by Wednesday. 

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time.

All orders are processed within one business days. Orders are not guaranteed to be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, orders placed on weekends are typically shipped the next business day, or contact us for earlier arrangements. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, but we would contact you letting you know. In such instance, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the Hawaiian Islands. Alaska and continental U.S. will take additional days. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Drunklizard.com ships to addresses within the U.S., and U.S. Territories. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:  You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: 

Drunklizard.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Drunklizard.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We offer shipping outside the U.S.  If your country is not listed, please contact us at support@drunklizard.com, to advise you on our shipping options for your specific location.
